The engine is stripped cleaned inspected in house with our state of the art cleaning facilities. Certain parts are replaced as standard such as head gaskets, big ends bearings, main bearings, piston rings, oil pump, head bolts, timing chain kits, tensioners etc. When necessary pistons, con rods, crankshafts, ladder racks are replaced with new. Our cylinder heads, blocks are pressure tested, skimmed, honed or bored when necessary.

Then the engine is re-assembled to the correct specifications in a fastidious manner, primed with oil to avoid dry first starts. We will organise collection for you at our cost. Manufacturers part numbers for reference only.
